skipped training in the morning. woke up at 1015 and training is at 1100 so no point going. they will be rowing when i reached there. had diarrhea for the whole day. totally no energy. haha. dad's birthday. we went to fetch brother for lunch. he went half marathon and one officer collasped and die while running. brother had diarrhea also. lol. and we never eat the same food the previous night. he bought mum and dad presents and i never get my dad any. cool shit. send my mum over to kembangan to meet her friend. and her friend's son used to be in the airforce during NS. cool shit. and he talked to me about it. he got scolding for every flight. went home and slept for the whole day to prevent myself from going to the toilet.

hoho. manchester united won the first match of the season. and nani scored his first goal for manchester united. more and more wins to come.
